5. What price and delivery basis applies? Which freight, insurance, taxes or charges are included or excluded?
6. What availability and production / dispatch lead time is stated?
7. Who sells, invoices and receives payment? What payment terms apply?
8. What warranty coverage, exclusions and claims route are written down?
9. Which performance, compatibility and project documents are supplied? Who has checked them?
10. What independent checking, sample evaluation or technical approval remains necessary?
